It's a Fox Sports World commercial if I'm not mistaken. They used to play several versions of this a couple of years ago on TV ... this was one of the funniest. Then there was one with the guys (guy?) hitting each other with clubs. At this point I don't remember the others ...

The language is Turkish I believe.
