So I am having a problem and hopefully you Armenian guys out there can help me? I have liked my brothers friend for more than 2 years and have decided that I need to know if he does or doesn't because he has been sending mixed signals and it is DRIVING ME NUTS. But considering the fact that I have the typical overprotective Armenian brothers and also considering the fact that he is 5 years older than me--would it be okay if I called him and asked him out to lunch? And sort of proposed the question of whether he does or does not like me? Or are Armenian guys turned off when a girl asks them out in general. Does anyone have any suggestions of what else I may do if not just ask him to lunch/coffee and ask him? Do you think he would call my brother and TELL HIM what happened? PLEASE HELP.

Re: Asking a guy out--brothers friend?
Hopefully this is a real human being and not a computer generated bot who will spam with dating sites as soon as I answer the question.
I don't know about other guys but I always like the idea of a girl making the first move. With that said, I think it's a little too straight forward if you call him and ask him to lunch. Maybe you can mention how you feel in person and see what happens. It's defininently not a turn off when a girl asks you out, though.
He might tell your brother but even if he doesn't and you do go out; you should tell him. Or else, you'll be facing a lot of obstacles and your brother(s) might end up in the way of things.
Ask yourself if this is just a physical crush and if it's not; tell him how you feel. If it's a no, it's a no. If it's a yes, then consider your next move. Carefully.

he and I never get a minute alone and due to an argument he and my brother had (which complicates things and makes me feel like a traitor) he and I haven't seen each other much lately. And yes hehehe I am a HUMAN BEING. so there wont be any computer generated bot spamming.

It might be hard for you to ask him, but you'll never know until you do. You have one life to live so just live it (if you know what I mean) as in dont hold back or be afriad. Whats the worst that can happen? He'll say No. if thats the case it's fine at least you know.
Good Luck!Positive vibes, positive taught
