Well, We know from experience, 1000 year is not enough to domesticate them. But I am not sure, about 10.000 year.

I am curious when did Turks see essek.
Hmm, It looks like we took these words from armenians. So most probably seeing armenians and seeing esseks should be at same time.
So esseks have no place at Central asia but It looks like They lived at armenia.(and immigrated anatolia?)

It is well known that the eshag population of Central Asia migrated in hordes to the west. A large majority of this population has settled in Asia Minor (aka "Anatolia" by the eshags).

'esh' is Armenian
With that said 'eshi eh' is cleaner Hayeren.
Anyway, it's all what sounds better upon delivery.
For example:
'PepsiAddict eshi eh'
or
'PepsiAddict eshag eh'
I'm partial to the latter. For some reason insults sound better in Turkish.
