Who said men reach their climax as easily as they can reach for a glass of water - unless you meant to say that reaching for a glass of water is a pretty long and not so easy process, in which case your point would be taken...
But really now... faking it might be due to more than one thing. Maybe the guy is unable to reach the "climax" and fakes it in order not to be ashamed in front of the girl. Who knows?
