Fake breasts on a girl who doesn't need them, I don't like. But if it's the case like flames said, as a result of a mastectomy due to cancer or if the woman is like a negative A cup, then it's ok. In the first case it's done for cosmetic purposes, in the latter it's done for psychological reasons.

blah blah blah!! whatever! hey mine are all natural and i'm happy with the size but i'm not gonna put down someone who was born with an 'A' cup who wants to have gorgeous 'C' cups like mine ...who are you guys kidding? obviously a triple M is a bit scary to say the least! but nothing wrong going from an 'A' or a 'B' to a 'C' or even a 'D' (whatever floats your (uhm) )

Yes, it's a weird place to use as an incision. It's cool though, they make an opening, stick the saline implant in, and shove it up into the breast.
