I am a simple female that appreciates simple gestures of romance. Levon once picked a flower for me from the ground and handed it to me with a shy grin, almost innocently. I still have it to this day. There is this penguin vine song from an old russian cartoon that I loved him singing. We were walking home once late at night and he came up behind me, wrapped his arms around me and started waddling with me as a penguin does and started singing in the middle of the street while walking with me, other couples would pass us by and smile and make comments on how sweet it was, and it was. I dont understand a word of it because its in russian but its sweet. He also made me a dvd of the introduction to that old cartoon which has that song on it.When he comes over to my mothers house he always helps her out. For example, my siblings and I bought her an electronic fireplace for christmas but the instructions were a little too complicated for me and her, hehe...so he did it for her. No questions asked.

One time we were arguing and we went and sat on a swingset near his home, he pushed me on the swing very gentley. And made me smile.

He sang Du Mi Herana. Which was sweet.

He isnt afraid to cry and likes to be hugged. If you can break through the tough guy sincerio with a man, then you know that its really special.

That is my idea of romance. Simple, sweet and memorable.



THe only thing I have never had done for me is having flowers sent to me. I never have. Its not nessisary but I always wonderd how that felt. And sometimes when we argue about him thinking I am interested in other guys, I grab his face in my hands and assure him of my feelings for him only. I wish he would do that for me one time.

Well, I guess I was dodging the truth that I haven't as you said recieved any memorable romantic gestures. I've given some though. I seem to remember that serenading a girl brings out a pretty powerful reaction.

OK, this is gonna sound really strange, hahahahaha, but this one time, a striper actually gave me flowers right before my buddies and I left. She knew I was leaving too. Coming from a striper that's actually pretty romantic, so there you go.

Funny you mentioned old ladies. Sadly, that's all I seem to attract lately, not old but much older.

Depending on how good a singer you are, you don't want to scare the poor girl hehehe. and as long as you were not singing Ara vay vay!!! hehehe

older ladies just want a toy boy take it as a compliment, because they don't just want any young guy, they are very particular!

oh yea, romantic story. My ex bf proposed to me on the ferris wheel during fireworks. I guess it would have been more romantic if I had said yes hehehe
