BEIJING (Combined Sources)--Armenian Greco-Roman wrestler Yuri Patrikiyev (120 kg) became the winner of the fourth bronze medal for Armenia in this summer's Beijing Olympic Games.

Patrikeyev was defeated by world champion from Cuba A. Lopes but got a right to fight for the bronze in additional competitions where he defeated Sergey Artyukhin from Belarus and Swedish Yalmar Syoberg.

The previous winners of bronze were Greco-Roman style wrestler Roman Amoyan (55 kg), weightlifters Tigran Martirosian (69 kg) and Gevorg Davtian (77 kg).

We have 1 medal for every 600 000 Armenian in Armenia. The best per capita rate in the world by far.

And wrestling. Freestyle competition starts in a few days and Armenia has 3 wrestlers.

How about weight lifting? Didn't Armenians take weightlifting crowns at the euros?

We're finished with weightlifting now... We won three bronze medals from it. We could have gotten a gold or silver but the Chinese are too powerful.

I'm confident we'll get at least one more medal and I'm hoping we get a gold medal, that would make Beijing a great success for our country. I'm just dieing to hear our anthem played.

There were 4 boxers all told, do you mean the other 3 got eliminated?

Yeah. The first one was eliminated long ago and 2 others were eliminated today.
