You wish. You're all talk until the Spurs lose, which is every single time they meet the Lakers.

Lakers will be champs. I'm confident for a reason, and that reason is because they're going to pull through this year.

                See ya in the playoffs.

Ok. I'm not a big fan of the Lakers, but they beat the Spurs today. I believe the score was 102 to 95.
Aside the rest of their players, Bryant & Gasol were the only ones that impressed me. I'm not too fond of Kobe, but I gotta' admit, he was on fire. Honestly, without Kobe, I don't think they would have made it with flying numbers. They pretty much saved the best (Kobe) for last (4th q.), setting aside his 3 fouls. On the other hand, Gasol pretty much, sort of, led the team as Kobe sat out. What can I say? The guy's a freakin' giant.

Maybe it was just me but I felt that the Spurs were falling asleep in the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd quarters! Lakers looked like all they had today was Redbull! And notice how the score changed during the 4th quarter when Parker got in though, the guy was swifting and shifting himself through. It's like Parker had to come in and wake the team up! Wth?

The Spurs barely made any of the freakin' free throws, which really saddened me, and every time they stole the ball, having the most perfect open-opportunity to make the shot, they missed. One more thing...what the hell did Finley do towards the end? What an idiot, leading the Lakers to more free throws! And I will close with a big fat UGH.

Correction, Kobe was on fire yesterday! He didn't do much tonight, and in all honesty, he's not the reason they won the game. The bench was very impressive today, especially Powell who has been great lately. They didn't save Kobe for 4th, actually, he was playing throughout the entire game and wasn't really doing too much.

Spurs was playing horrible up until the 4th quarter. The "score didn't change" when Parker got in because he was playing throughout the entire game too. The score changed and Lakers started slipping because Spurs probably got a nice beatdown at halftime. Also, Lakers just died down which was expected. By the way, Parker played horribly.

Correction, Parker barely made any free throws. Again, he was doing horribly. You shouldn't worry about Finley, the game was pretty much over and nothing could have saved them.

Honestly, Lakers didn't receive much of a challenge and won simply because Spurs was doing so horrible. I'm not saying this as a Lakers fan, I'm calling it like it is. If you watched the entire game, you'd realize Lakers didn't really do anything impressive. Kobe wasn't going nuts like last night, and everybody was playing mediocre. If Spurs had played better, it would have been a much closer game and Lakers would have had to switch to their serious mode.

He was playing throughout the game, but they let him in during the end of the 4th again. I didn't watch yesterdays game, maybe that's why I can't tell the difference with Kobes play today, but he seemed hyped up to me.

Parker showed some skill towards the last quarter, which is why I noticed his play then. And what I meant about the 'score changing' is that they were almost catching up by about 2 points, up until they got slashed again when Kobe came in.

I never said Parker made free throws. I said they totally failed when it came to free throws. For a quick minute though, he boosted the score a bit, but that didn't help much.

Like I said, I haven't seen the game yesterday to compare with todays game, but Spurs were very disappointing. Didn't seem like any challenge was taking place. It was just a "go with the flow" game, and the Spurs were totally out of order.
