  • Re: NBA News

Ray Allen had a terrific game. I am, of course, disappointed in the Lakers, but have always defended Allen. Unfortunately, in this case, it was not so good to see him knock down all those shots.

Honestly, the referees ruined this game. I'm not making excuses, but they really have been calling some horrible calls for these past two games - not just toward the Lakers, but Celtics as well. There were so many horrible calls, including Kobe Bryant getting called for pushing Rajon Rondo. Boston had a bunch as well, and it's just ridiculous to see so many bad calls. They're slowing the game down and ruining everything.

Well, the problem is they're calling something that isn't supposed to be a foul as a foul. Kobe didn't push Rondo, and that was the same case when one of the Lakers players got blocked, but it was called as a foul. It's ridiculous and unfair because it makes me wonder if these guys are getting paid to call fouls for nothing -- something that is quite familiar in the NBA.

That's what Phil said, I mean being at home usualy refs don't call every litle thing against the home team but in this case it was different. But if the refs call every little thing, the series is going to be very frusturating & players are more likely to get technicals & stuff.

Yeah, because PepsiAddict is a douchebag and only supports Boston because he hates Lakers. It's too bad that his "team" is nowhere near the Finals and won't ever be anymore.
