Forum Rules (Everyone Must Read!!!)

1] What you CAN NOT post.

You agree, through your use of this service, that you will not use this forum to post any material which is:
- abusive
- vulgar
- hateful
- harassing
- personal attacks
- obscene

You also may not:
- post images that are too large (max is 500*500px)
- post any copyrighted material unless the copyright is owned by you or cited properly.
- post in UPPER CASE, which is considered yelling
- post messages which insult the Armenians, Armenian culture, traditions, etc
- post racist or other intentionally insensitive material that insults or attacks another culture (including Turks)

The Ankap thread is excluded from the strict rules because that place is more relaxed and you can vent and engage in light insults and humor. Notice it's not a blank ticket, but just a place to vent. If you go into the Ankap thread, you enter at your own risk of being clowned on.
What you PROBABLY SHOULD NOT post...
Do not post information that you will regret putting out in public. This site comes up on Google, is cached, and all of that, so be aware of that as you post. Do not ask the staff to go through and delete things that you regret making available on the web for all to see because we will not do it. Think before you post!

2] Use descriptive subject lines & research your post. This means use the SEARCH.

This reduces the chances of double-posting and it also makes it easier for people to see what they do/don't want to read. Using the search function will identify existing threads on the topic so we do not have multiple threads on the same topic.

3] Keep the focus.

Each forum has a focus on a certain topic. Questions outside the scope of a certain forum will either be moved to the appropriate forum, closed, or simply be deleted. Please post your topic in the most appropriate forum. Users that keep doing this will be warned, then banned.

4] Behave as you would in a public location.

This forum is no different than a public place. Behave yourself and act like a decent human being (i.e. be respectful). If you're unable to do so, you're not welcome here and will be made to leave.

5] Respect the authority of moderators/admins.

Public discussions of moderator/admin actions are not allowed on the forum. It is also prohibited to protest moderator actions in titles, avatars, and signatures. If you don't like something that a moderator did, PM or email the moderator and try your best to resolve the problem or difference in private.

6] Promotion of sites or products is not permitted.

Advertisements are not allowed in this venue. No blatant advertising or solicitations of or for business is prohibited.
This includes, but not limited to, personal resumes and links to products or
services with which the poster is affiliated, whether or not a fee is charged
for the product or service. Spamming, in which a user posts the same message repeatedly, is also prohibited.

7] We retain the right to remove any posts and/or Members for any reason, without prior notice.

- PLEASE READ -

Members are welcome to read posts and though we encourage your active participation in the forum, it is not required. If you do participate by posting, however, we expect that on the whole you contribute something to the forum. This means that the bulk of your posts should not be in "fun" threads (e.g. Ankap, Keep & Kill, This or That, etc.). Further, while occasionally it is appropriate to simply voice your agreement or approval, not all of your posts should be of this variety: "LOL Member213!" "I agree."
If it is evident that a member is simply posting for the sake of posting, they will be removed.

8] These Rules & Guidelines may be amended at any time. (last update September 17, 2009)

If you believe an individual is repeatedly breaking the rules, please report to admin/moderator.

Its not looking good, hopefully it works out, and someone's dirty greed, whether its shakhtar or the piece of xxxx oligarchs, doesn't seriously hurt his incredible potential. The guy really deserves this and he truly belongs in the premiere league. It would be a huge disappointment to see his best years wasted in the Russian or Ukrainian leagues

Interesting comment from the mirror report

mascherano also had third party ownership but LFC were able to resolve and buy him.
its more complicated as there are more folk who want a piece of the pie but it can be resolved and can take time.
premiership clubs cant co-own a player along with a third party. thus in mascherano's case lfc had to buy him at a price that all his owners were happy with to get his full ownership.if third party ownership is true regarding Mkhitaryan then this will be no different."

Russian league is much stronger then it was and its getting even stronger every year. Liverpool has a great history but its present and future are in doubt. Playing for the top Russian team may not be a bad move for Heno. BTW the price his present team is asking for the transfer has almost doubled now.
        Hayastan or Bust.

It might be getting stronger, but it is nowhere in the same conversation as the premiere league, the world's best league consistently in the last decade.

Also, I think Heno playing in the premiere league against world class competition is as important as what team he actually plays on. He's not gonna develop nearly into the player he could be playing against russian clubs v. playing regularly against the likes of ManU and Chelsea. I think you can legitimately make an argument that Shakhtar is itself a better club than Liverpool, but I think the point is having him play in the highest level of competition.

Also playing for such a big club brings more attention to Armenia's national team, and other Armenian players, and creates opportunities for them. Just like how several iranian players followed each other into the German Bundesliga 10-15 years ago.

Finally i know liverpool has had a few mediocre year, but it was only 5 years ago when in finished in second place, 4 points short of the championship, when every single year they were top 4. So I don't see why with heno they couldn't be back at the same place next year, especially if they keep suarez.

That's not really such a great result considering the club they were playing against. Let's see how they perform against Partizan.

I fully expect Partizan to kick our ass but its a game and you never know.. As for Heno well it looks like Germany is in his near future

REPORTS SAY DORTMUND EDGE AHEAD OF LIVERPOOL IN RACE FOR MKHITARYAN

                  15:38 03.07.2013

                  Dortmund, Henrikh Mkhitaryan, Liverpool

Borussia Dortmund are confident of winning the race with Liverpool to
sign Henrik Mkhitaryan from Shakhtar Donetsk, according to Goal.com.

The Champions League runners-up have made a concerted push for the
Shakhtar midfielder and have joined the Merseysiders in activating his
                  ~@22 million release clause.

Both clubs have made contract offers to Mkhitaryan, whose move is
being brokered by super agent Mino Raiola.

Reports say the 24-year-old Armenia international is now edging
towards choosing Dortmund over Liverpool, with his final destination
expected to be confirmed in the next few days.

Tottenham have also registered their interest in the versatile
midfielder but are regarded as outsiders in the three-way fight for
                  the player~Rs signature.

Liverpool had lined up Mkhitaryan as a priority signing even before
Luis Suarez began pushing for a summer move, with the three-time
Armenia player of the year regarded as the most eye-catching target in
a summer rebuilding programme that has already included the signings
of goalkeeper Simon Mignolet, defender Kolo Toure, attacking
midfielder Luis Alberto and forward Iago Aspas.
                  Hayastan or Bust.
