That red card to the Nigerian in the begining of the game reminds me of the bailout Greece is getting. A yellow card i would understand but a red to a play which injured no one and was out of bounds with no effect on the game is just not justifiable.

Should have been a yellow to the Greek player for "simulation" too.

The North Korean team is a very good one. It may indeed be inferior to the Brazilians but not to many others. Argentina has the best offence i have seen yet, their ability to score and the options they have is just scary but they seem mediocre on defence. Nigeria should roll over the Greeks today. I dont know how the Greeks went from winning the euro cup a few years back to stincking up the place in such a short time.

SPAIN LOST! The history of choking continues. There has been some great defending in this WC and this was great work by the Swiss.

Yeah! I was so much wanting Spain to lose haha! Vayanse a la M Espaņa!

This WC has really a lot surprises, all those "favorites" have been doing a regular/unsatisfactory or very unexpected low quality job, and even though they won, they were clearly having a hard time with "inferior" teams. Like Brazil and Argentina, for example.

Germany was good, but a great part of their success was the fact the Aussies sucked. Now let's see when they will have to play a stronger team

If anything it was the other way around. Our captain was saying things like "Germany is clearly the superior team" and "a draw would be a great result" before the game. Stupid rumours.

Its all Drama...........but seriously mate Australia needs to win against Ghana or it is all over.

Eren Derdiyok scored the winning goal for the Swiss... Derdi yok means "no problem" in Turkish He's apparently Kurdish.
