This game is being shown on Sky Sports 1 (British satellite tv station)! I'm pretty certain it's the first time a match involving Armenia has been shown on TV over here. I'll be at work when it kicks off but I'm going to video it and watch it later - hope we don't get thrashed.

The Irish team seemingly have a lot of injury concerns.

Damien Duff, Keith Andrews and Keith Treacy are all sidelined through injury, leaving the Italian shorn of midfield options.

And in a further setback, Ipswich defender Darren O'Dea could be absent from the campaign's opening game after undergoing a scan on a knee injury.

It means Trapattoni will have to rejig his backline after losing McShane, who has become a mainstay of the Irish defence under his stewardshi

Yes, we almost held them to a draw. I didn't think we were too bad at all. I hope we get a result against Macedonia on Tuesday night.

Got a tie against the Macadonians but it should have been a win. There was a handball in the box in the ast minutes of the game and we conceeded a goal finishing with a tie instead of a win. The offence is looking much improved, like when was the last time we scored to goals while playing away.

Well, we also missed manny sitters.In the first half mkhitaryan missed in front of goal. then in the second half movsisyan missed two chances i could have probably scored.

in last minutes of the game, our defender did stupid mistake..

if we played a perfect game, up to our potential and no errors... we would have won 5 - 1..
but we commited many errors, and now we regret it.
