they're still doing pre-trial hearings, the prosecution is slowing things down by refusing and delaying the turning over of evidence to Kobe's defense team. But he'll be cleared soon. The inconsistantcy of the alledged victim and her motive to falsly accuse Kobe of rape will get him cleared...and i dont wanna hear no, he's a celeb and will get cleared thats why crap...the man had consensual sex...he is the master...

gain attn of her ex-bf. the girl has had a history of doing this to gain attention. she overdosed on drugs to get attn from the same guy. then she had sex with someone before the night with kobe (which could've caused the bruising) and she had sex with someone after the night with kobe (which was the consistant finding of seamen from a male, other than kobe. she was checked into a drug re0hab center the preceeding january. she was also on suicide watch while attending univ of northern colorado. she has a reputation. also, there is colorado law stating, evidence and interrogations must be taken place after sunrise and before sunset...they took kobe's shirt, and questioned him at night....
oh and she initiated the flirting, and she went, on her OWN WILL, to kobes room later that night...if she wasn't gonna lead on anything, why did she go on her own intentions and free will to his room? he didn't force her to visit him after midnight?

they say he grabbed her neck and bruised her...he just had shoulder surgery 2 weeks before and was on dr's orders not to use the shoulder in any way...

exactly...i haven't seen so much passion in ones eyes than i have in Kobe's. his demeanor, maturity, intellect and daggers to win the game...

btw..inna, i know this is gonna piss you off, but he was going to go to Duke, if he didn't go straight to the NBA...just think about all those championships he would've won for Duke lolol
