  • NBA on Christmas

What could be better? The rematch of the Pistons v. Pacers and Kobe v. Shaq I. But . . . Artest, Jackson, and O'Neal won't be playing in the early game, and Shaq just sat out the last Heat game. Will he be available? What about Caron Butler? Will he be suspended for the kidney blow to Dan xxxxau last night? Come on, NBA, give us some worthy matchups!

Jermaine will be playing, according to a judge or something, go Pacers.

yes, they are the hottest tickets in town, and i am selling my seats for that game.

Shaq is playing, Caron is still in the air, no word yet even Dan dckau is saying that it wasn't a punch and wasn't intentional.

Federal Court still hasn't ruled on Jermaine O'Neal yet that i've heard of...

and ESPN is still being the instigator in the media muff of blaming Kobe...i guess they need the ratings that bad

Uph, not to piss you off jilbagh, but I am soo glad that the Lakers lost. I just dislike Kobe so much, and I found the crowd's reaction towards O'neal to be mean (though understandable)..the guy DID give you three championships..

        Oh well...GO HEAT GO!

yeah taht was a crap game, i just got back from. WE gave shaq a big, big ovation and cheer in the begining, i dont know if they showed that on TV, but we gave him a lotta love and respect.

but when the ball goes up, it's all business buddy.

there's a lotta kobe haters, and most of them dont even know the guy...they just beleive waht the media exaggerates

Oh, my thing for Kobe is not media related (we don't get ESPN here). I just don't like his attitude on the court...chi sirvelik pan me ooni.

Oh, I missed the ovation...then I take that comment back. Very classy of you.

kobe's attitude on the court is just him putting himself in the game. no mercy, go for the kill, take no prisoners...he's competitive, loves to win and hates to lose. Jordan was the same manner. Like i mentioned before, when a player steps on the court, its all business. Especially in the NBA-Nothing But Actors

                Heh..Nothing But Actors, cute.

Jordan had class though (before his stupid comeback...megha megha). Kobe has this shpatsadzootyoon about him.. Chi sirvelikootyoon is what I call it.

yeah but what NBA player isn't shapatsadz these days?

Especially with Latrell Sprewell complaining about the 10 million dollar plus per year contract saying "i have a family to feed"

lol, I had quite a laugh when I heard that Sprewell said that.

Eh, the hockey players are in lockout this year, and the players are losing the PR side of the battle BAD. So to try to get more public support, one of the players' rep said that the proposed salary rollback of 35% for some players was like "any of you guys going from a 60 000 salary, to a 40 000 salary".. What an idiot!
