He played very well compared to most people out there. I mean come on he's probably the oldest person playing tennis professionally.

Wasn't he like 250th? What about Nalbandian?

I can't believe he lost. Disappointment.
Why can't you believe it? He lost to the best player in the game right now. Quite possibly may be the best player in history.

I think Federer, if he keeps going like he is, has a real shot at topping Pete Sampras' grand slam record.

BTW, why do you guys root for Agassi. Countrary to a popular Armenian fable, he is not really Armenian.

I just think Agassi is a good player. Ease up on the whole "Why are you taking his side?" thing. He's a good player, and I thought he'd come out and win this match.

Well he's not only a good player, he is a tennis-legend. However, he is 35 yrs old going up against a player in his mid-twenties who quite possibly may be rememembered as the greatest player to play the game if he keeps going like he is.

There is really no reason to argue about it. Just look at the guys biography. He is half-Armenian. His father is Assyrian, his mother is Armenian.

And you said he isn't Armenian?

Anyone that good is most likely Armenian. Actually, I think Federer is just short for Federerian.
                this post = teh win.

Agassi is 35 going against a kid, and he had a chance of winning. In my book, Agassi is better, because if they were the same age, Agassi would win.

So, skhara, half-Armenians can't consider themselves Armenian?
