You also may not:
- post images that are too large (max is 500*500px)

- post in UPPER CASE, which is considered yelling
- post messages which insult the Armenians, Armenian culture, traditions, etc
- post racist or other intentionally insensitive material that insults or attacks another culture (including Turks)

The Ankap thread is excluded from the strict rules because that place is more relaxed and you can vent and engage in light insults and humor. Notice it's not a blank ticket, but just a place to vent. If you go into the Ankap thread, you enter at your own risk of being clowned on.
What you PROBABLY SHOULD NOT post...
Do not post information that you will regret putting out in public. This site comes up on Google, is cached, and all of that, so be aware of that as you post. Do not ask the staff to go through and delete things that you regret making available on the web for all to see because we will not do it. Think before you post!

2] Use descriptive subject lines & research your post. This means use the SEARCH.

This reduces the chances of double-posting and it also makes it easier for people to see what they do/don't want to read. Using the search function will identify existing threads on the topic so we do not have multiple threads on the same topic.

3] Keep the focus.

Each forum has a focus on a certain topic. Questions outside the scope of a certain forum will either be moved to the appropriate forum, closed, or simply be deleted. Please post your topic in the most appropriate forum. Users that keep doing this will be warned, then banned.

This forum is no different than a public place. Behave yourself and act like a decent human being (i.e. be respectful). If you're unable to do so, you're not welcome here and will be made to leave.

5] Respect the authority of moderators/admins.

Public discussions of moderator/admin actions are not allowed on the forum. It is also prohibited to protest moderator actions in titles, avatars, and signatures. If you don't like something that a moderator did, PM or email the moderator and try your best to resolve the problem or difference in private.

6] Promotion of sites or products is not permitted.

Advertisements are not allowed in this venue. No blatant advertising or solicitations of or for business is prohibited.
This includes, but not limited to, personal resumes and links to products or
services with which the poster is affiliated, whether or not a fee is charged
for the product or service. Spamming, in which a user posts the same message repeatedly, is also prohibited.

7] We retain the right to remove any posts and/or Members for any reason, without prior notice.

- PLEASE READ -

Members are welcome to read posts and though we encourage your active participation in the forum, it is not required. If you do participate by posting, however, we expect that on the whole you contribute something to the forum. This means that the bulk of your posts should not be in "fun" threads (e.g. Ankap, Keep & Kill, This or That, etc.). Further, while occasionally it is appropriate to simply voice your agreement or approval, not all of your posts should be of this variety: "LOL Member213!" "I agree."
If it is evident that a member is simply posting for the sake of posting, they will be removed.

8] These Rules & Guidelines may be amended at any time. (last update September 17, 2009)

If you believe an individual is repeatedly breaking the rules, please report to admin/moderator.

    NCAA FOOTBALL PREVIEW

Thursday, Oct. 5-7.06.Florida State at North Carolina State

Drew Weatherford and the Florida State Seminoles travel to Carter-Finley Stadium on Thursday, Oct. 5, to face the North Carolina State Wolfpack and former FSU coach Chuck Amato. North Carolina State’s defense was its strong suit last season as the Wolfpack ranked No. 8 in the nation. However, that defense only returns five starters and could take a big step backwards this season. NC State upset FSU 20-15 in Tallahassee last season, and the Noles are out for revenge. FSU remains one of the early sportsbook favorites to ACC title, despite a loss to Clemson, and the Noles will be sportsbook favorites to beat the Wolfpack on the road.

    Thursday, Oct. 5
    TCU at Utah

The TCU Horned Frogs travel to Rice-Eccles Stadium on Thursday, Oct. 5, to face the University of Utah Utes in a Thursday night matchup. Both the Frogs and Utes sport high-flying offenses, so sports betting fans might consider playing the over/under on this game. Utah and TCU are among the preseason sportsbook favorites to challenge for the Mountain West championship, so this game should be a close one. TCU edged the Utes last year 23-20, and the Utes should be slight sportsbook favorites in this matchup at home.

    Saturday, Oct. 7
    LSU at Florida

In what many sports betting fans believe will be the best SEC contest of the season, LSU travels to the Swamp to take on the Florida Gators on Saturday, Oct. 7. LSU lost a close 7-3 decision at Auburn in Week 3 and hopes to avoid a similar result when it travels to Gainesville. Florida QB Chris Leak has put up some Heisman-esque numbers early on this season, showing that he is much more comfortable in his second season running head coach Urban Meyer’s spread offense. The Swamp is one of the loudest stadiums in the country, and the Gators should be slight sportsbook favorites over the Tigers.

    Saturday, Oct. 7
    Texas at Oklahoma

The Red River Shootout, one of college football’s most storied rivalries, takes center stage on Saturday, Oct. 7, when the Texas Longhorns travel to Norman to face the Oklahoma Sooners. Many sports betting fans are wondering if Oklahoma has fully recovered from its devastating Week 3 34-33 loss to Oregon in which the instant replay judges made two costly errors that cost the Sooners the victory. Oklahoma was spanked 45-12 last season in Austin, and hopes to turn the tables on the Sooners in this contest. Oklahoma is still struggling with the loss of incumbent QB Rhett Bomar, and the Sooners should be slight sportsbook underdogs in this contest.

    Saturday, Oct. 7
    Tennessee at Georgia

QB Erik Ainge and the Tennessee Volunteers hit the road on Saturday, Oct. 7, to face the Georgia Bulldogs between the Hedges. The Volunteers were defeated by Florida 21-20 in Week 3 and need to beat the Bulldogs to stay close in the race for the SEC East Division title. Georgia has looked very impressive at times on both sides of the ball this season, and many sportsbooks believe the Dawgs can challenge Florida for the division title if they get consistent play at quarterback. Georgia is always tough to play at Sanford Stadium, and the Dawgs should be slight sportsbook favorites in this matchup with the Vols.

    Saturday, Oct. 7
    Penn State at Minnesota

Head coach Joe Paterno and the Penn State Nittany Lions travel to the Metrodome to face Big Ten rival Minnesota on Saturday, Oct. 7. Minnesota won last year’s matchup 44-14 in Happy Valley, but many sports betting fans are counting on a much tougher game this season. The Gophers are struggling to find a suitable replacement for departed RB Laurence Maroney and were drubbed 42-17 by California in Week 2. The Nittany Lions have also struggled early on this season, getting thumped 41-17 in Week 2 by Notre Dame. The Gophers are always a tough matchup in the Metrodome, and they should be sportsbook favorites to beat Penn State in this contest.

    Saturday, Oct. 7
    Stanford at Notre Dame

The Stanford Cardinal travel to South Bend on Saturday, Oct. 7, to face Brady Quinn and the Notre Dame Fighting Irish. The Cardinal have struggled out of the gate this season, getting drubbed 48-10 by Oregon in Week 1 and losing 37-9 to Navy in Week 3. Many sports betting fans are betting the Cardinal's struggles will continue on their trip to Notre Dame Stadium as they have to contend with Heisman trophy candidate Quinn and the dangerous Irish offensive attack. Notre Dame squeaked by Stanford 38-31 last season, but many sportsbooks believe the Irish will have a much easier time disposing of the Cardinal this year.

    Saturday, Oct. 7
    Michigan State at Michigan

The intra-state battle for the supremacy of Michigan will take place on Saturday, Oct. 7, as the Michigan State Spartans travel to Ann Arbor to battle Michigan. The Wolverines thrust themselves into the national championship debate with a 47-21 thrashing of then #2 Notre Dame at South Bend. Michigan’s offensive balance and stifling defense completely shut down the powerful Notre Dame offensive attack. Michigan edged Michigan State 34-31 last season, and many sports betting fans are hoping for another tight game. Michigan will be the sportsbook favorites at home in this contest.

    Saturday, Oct. 7
    Oregon at California

Head coach Mike Bellotti and the Oregon Ducks travel to Berkeley to face the Cal Golden Bears on Saturday, Oct. 7. Many sportsbooks had the Golden Bears as potential challengers for the Pac-10 title, but many of those beliefs were questioned when the Golden Bears were spanked 35-18 by Tennessee in Week 1. Oregon’s rushing attack is among the best in the country, and the Ducks will try to run the ball right at Cal’s front four. Oregon won last year’s matchup 27-20 and should be slight sportsbook favorites to beat the Golden Bears on the road.

    Saturday, Oct. 7
    West Virginia at Mississippi State

The West Virginia Mountaineers travel to Starkville to face the Mississippi State Bulldogs. The Bulldogs have struggled early on this season, including a 34-0 thrashing by Auburn in Week 2. Head coach Sylvester Croom will need to have his defense geared up to play a Mountaineers offense that can score on anybody at anytime. Many sports betting fans believe West Virginia’s relatively easy schedule could help it challenge for the national championship. West Virginia should be solid sportsbook favorites in this game.

    Saturday, Oct. 7
    Washington at USC

Head coach Tyrone Willingham and the Washington Huskies travel to The Los Angeles Memorial Coliseum on Saturday, Oct. 7, to face the Southern Cal Trojans. After a 2-9 season in 2005, the Huskies have shown some improvement early on this season, but still have a long ways to go before they can keep up with USC. New Trojan QB John David Booty has settled into the starting QB position and leads a potent offense with WRs Dwayne Jarrett (who may miss this game due to injury) and Steve Smith. Many sports betting fans are predicting another national championship run for the Trojans, who should be solid sportsbook favorites in this matchup.

    Saturday, Oct. 7
    Arkansas at Auburn

Tommy Tuberville and the Auburn Tigers welcome the Arkansas Razorbacks to Jordan-Hare Stadium on Saturday, Oct. 7. The Tigers have been very impressive in their early season games, but need to be very careful that they are not looking past the Razorbacks in this matchup. The Florida Gators are coming to town on Oct. 14 and could cause some distractions for the Tigers. Many sports betting fans believe Arkansas can be a surprise team in the SEC West this season, but the Hogs will be solid sportsbook underdogs against the Tigers.

    Saturday, Oct. 7
    Clemson at Wake Forest

Head coach Tommy Bowden and the Clemson Tigers travel to Groves Stadium on Saturday, Oct. 7, to face the Wake Forest Demon Deacons. The Tigers are brimming with confidence after their 27-20 victory over Florida State in Tallahassee and many sports betting fans are betting the Tigers can challenge for the ACC title. Wake Forest has surprised many college football fans with its solid early-season play, but they will have their hands full with the Tigers. Clemson should be solid sportsbook favorites to defeat Wake Forest in this matchup.

    Saturday, Oct. 7
    Nebraska at Iowa State

Head coach Bill Callahan and the Nebraska Cornhuskers travel to Jack Trice Stadium to face the Iowa State Cyclones on Saturday, Oct. 7. The Cornhuskers are many sports betting fans’ pick to win the Big 12 North Division, while the Cyclones are projected by many sportsbooks to finish in the middle of the pack. Nebraska won a close 27-20 contest last year in Lincoln and could have its hands full on the road in Ames. Nebraska has too much firepower for the Cyclones and will be solid sportsbook favorites in this game.

    Saturday, Oct. 7
    North Carolina at Miami

The North Carolina Tar Heels travel to the Orange Bowl on Saturday, Oct. 7, to face the struggling Miami Hurricanes. With two early season losses to Florida State and Louisville, many sports betting fans are wondering if Hurricane head coach Larry Coker will make it through the season. However, the Hurricanes should have no problems with the Tar Heels, who have had struggles of their own early on this season. Playing in the Orange Bowl is always an advantage for the Canes, and they will be the sportsbook favorites in this matchup.
