Problems uploading new pics

The last couple times I tried uploading pics, it keeps saying I cant upload .GIF or .PNG even though I saved the pics as .JPG...Does anyone have any idea why it keeps saying that?

No idea why. I have the same problem. I described what ive done in my post, maybe if we compare what we have tried we can find out whats wrong.
