chat wont load

I click chat.. 2nd browser opens up. I click " I agree ".. it loads, loads then the loading stops. and the screen remains grey. I've closed it and tried again 100 times. I've waited long for it to load.. nothing. I doubt Im banned, cuz I havnt done anything. Can someone check my account status and tell me if im banned from chat? Or is there some plugin i maybe missing to load the chat?
My AC username is same. Still BaLLin
