VBCode is on though, so you could do something like this for your sig:

and it'll show up like this:

(although I dont know how the admin will reply to the large size of the picture which you are trying to use)

another example would be you clicking on a thread and that page redirects you to a site with a ton of pop-ups, and possibly other images that you didn't want to see, try explaining that to your boss
