System Failure to Send Email Account Authentication and Password Resets

Hello There

I believe the Hyeclub.com &. Hyeclub.com's Forum email systems have been down for several months. Last November/December I had forgotten my password and sent several requests for password resets. I never received any so I tried re-registering but never received account authentications. Recently...today to be exact, I received around 10-15 emails from Hyeclub sending me all my old requests for password resets and account activations. Figured this information would come in handy for you...It most especially might explain why you've had so many people sign up but never post.

I had the same issue. Some months ago, I tried to change my email registered on this site to a new one, but I never received the email autentification letter. I must say it was pretty annoying, and yes yesterday about 6 letters came and it all worked.

One issue that should be addressed I think is the fact there is no way whatsoever to contact admins/moderators by other means than that provided by the forum. So if forum messaging fails, you are stuck. It so happened that I knew Sip's email but that was it.
