Another user stole my photos

What do I do? A user with a screenname "vyhotgirl35" posted 2 photos from my profile (I'm PataraGogo) and is pretending to be me, only older and in Cali. What do I do??? Please delete this user's profile immediately. I can confirm my identity by sending/faxing my driver's license with my photo. Thanks!
