Photo Uploading?!??

Umm....I joined this site earlier this week and ever since then I have not been able to upload any photos. Everytime I try to upload any I am told that I must wait 24 hours because the site is under maintenance. I presume this is 24 hours Armenian time?!?

I'm just curious, do any other newbies have this particular problem at this site or have I been ruthlessly singled out because of some sort of conspiracy to prevent me from uploading my horrific photos?
