Question....very dissapointed

who can i speak to via instant messenger service for questions i have regarding this website? mean i have some specific things i need to ask, ive sent in countless suggestions, but i guess thats the wrong thing im after..i need to speak to someone who moderates the actuall approving of the pics on AC.com
