Cannot access chat room?

i cant seem to use the chat room. the screen actually doesnt appear. I have used it before on my computer so I dont know why its not working now. Can you please tell me what I might be able to do. Thanks

just chek your Internet security - Privaci control .... you can also disactivate IS before you clik on chat

I'm also having that problem where the chatroom doesn't load. I wasn't able to follow the directions already posted, is there anything else I can do?
