Problem entering chat room

I'm not sure why I'm having a problem being able to enter the chat room. When I click the link to the chat room and click "I agree", the chat room doesn't load and it says, You are already logged in. If you want to sign up again, than sign out here first. I tried many times, but the same thing happens.

this is to the admin . Several people have found a code to kick people out of the chatroom seems like last time when the server was updating it they found a crack for it so ADmin can u do something about this we dont go to the chat to get kicked out by those people if you want there names ill give em to you i know 3 of them

can you help me please every time It opens the page in order to agree I can't see """"The agree" it's very low at the bottom of the page, whatever I do to make larger the page still can't see it to press on it, can you put the agree botton top of the page?

Figured out my problem

I had the same problem...i tried everything to no avail. Finally i realized it was the firewall! You have to turn it off if you have it and you should be able to get into the chat.
