Maximum size of pics allowed for upload

Just a qn, i had 3 pictures uploaded and waiting for approval. One of them has been approved but the other 2 im still waiting. Could this be coz ive already passed the total maximum size of pics allowed for upload. two pics are approx 250kb and the other one is 350kb and im trying to upload them all. Am i able to get those 3 up there or the sum of their sizes is past the maximum size allowed. Please get bak to me asap. Thank-you

That's fine, we allow up to 450 KB

is it maximum of 450KB for EACH pic or 450kb for the SUM of ALL the pics? coz each pic is smaller than 450kb but the size of them altogether is over 1000kb.
