Text of my profile being changed by AC

In the comments section of my profile I want to have the address to my own personal web page so people can see more pictures and what not that I have on there. I don't even care if I can make a link out of it. But I just noticed that AC is changing the text of the address to my site into the address for AC. This is just ridiculous. Can somebody tell me why this is happening and if it will be stopped?

I have in my profile the text: "There's more about me at www.ocf.berkeley.edu/~armen"

but AC is changing this to "There's more about me at www.armenianclub.com" when others view my page.

This is being done to stop people who are putting up pornography and links to illegal content, as well as to stop spammers who create different profiles to advertise their products.
