I Cant Send MSgeS To Other Users

ThanK You Very Much For Your Help I finallY Got InTo My AccounT But Now I cant Send Any Msges
Every time I try to send a msg it keeps saying # Message was not sent because of the following reasons invalid username!
Can You Please Help
