Chatroom does not work

The new chatroom doesn't even work .if i was admin i would check that probelm out .when you log in and click live chat it says enter password and user name . and i enter it .it still does not work .but i am already logged on from the website .the chatroom asks for the user name and password .before it was very slow and people who weren't in the chatroom there names would get saved on it as well.

I'm no expert but if this is a new thing, it probably means that admin is working on it. If it still doesn't work in a couple of weeks, maybe you can get a refund.

I m not complaining I'm giving a heads up to admin .it seems as if i m complaining but i'm not .its his choice he can fix it or not or respond to my threads .if he doesnt care its his probelm not mine .so whatevr just letting admin know about it
