The archive.org website link I put on the first post has links to some survivors accounts but the whole book they came from doesn't seem to have ever been completely translated and put online. I didn't post the accounts because I didn't want to copy the whole content (though maybe we should, to prolong its online survival since both the original websites no longer exist). Some of the other archive.org snapshots also have some of the website's photos.
I was looking for info about Gurun because I might visit there this summer (and before the rebuilding of the surviving Armenian church in Gurun begins, I hope). Strange that this other website has no mention of Gurun: http://team-aow.discuforum.info/index.php - it might be one of the ugliest looking sites on the internet but its "Les villes d'Arménie Occidentale" and "Les églises de l'Arménie Occidentale" sections has a lot of content about Armenian sites in Turkey.
