I tried to click on the location of names but no names were present. I don't know whats going on. I clicked on Afyonkarahissar, Nighde, and Aintab, but no luck. Oh well.

Me too, I clicked on Kars (my grandma's people) and no names. The site is beautifully done, but obviously the database is still small. I assume the whole point of it is to allow the internet community to log on and add entries to the database. That's why the login is probably there.

Found something interesting and wanted to share. This is from the lonely planet website. A Turk making false statements about Armenians and the Armenian community in Turkey.

I suggest all of you to go to the website and read it. Thanks

First, you have to click on "Registration" and fill "Your email", "Your password", "Confirm your password", "Select your country" and click on "Submit".
Then, you'll receive an email and you'll have to confirm your registration.
Then, you'll have to "add a parent" and fill "Surname", "First name", "Birthplace", "Region" and click on "Submit". Ok ? Good luck !

Don't waste your time. "GayTurk_Izmir" is a well known jerk - whether that is because he is gay, a Turk, or from Izmir, or all three, I don't know. If you really want to annoy him, either make comments about Izmir being originally Smyrna and Greek, or make fun of Turkish "tour guides" (he is one). And its run by LP for God's sake - so what do you expect.
              Plenipotentiary meow!
