Yep! Hovanian has disgraced himself enough and I do not trust his claims of harassment.
For the first time in more than 600 years, Armenia is free and independent, and we are therefore obligated
to place our national interests ahead of our personal gains or aspirations.

I don't get why he doesn't sell the houses on his development at prices the average family in Armenia can afford. He's not alone either. Why is every real estate development in Armenia geared towards outside Armenians with deep pockets rather than ROA citizens? What's wrong with not making a 500% profit on your investment?

A 6% unemployment rate is nothing compared to the rest of the world. I thought it would be much worse.

Unemployment rate in Armenia drops by 0.4% to 6.6%

The unemployment rate in Armenia dropped by 0.4% as of July 1, 2011 to 6.6%, labour and social security minister Artur Grigorian said today.

I don't know how reliable Wikipedia is, but read the part on the economy of Armenia, and Azerbaijan and we are seriousness low compared to them. Its somewhere of 15 billion dollar GDP for us and like 90 billion for them. If this is true they can overwhelm us with more weaponry. I understand we have the good defensive positions and Artsakh means something to us but with Azeri propaganda to build up nationalism in their soldiers plus the better economy and weaponry what solutions do you guys see?

They do not have a better economy. They have much more systemic corruption and they're entire economy is based on gas and oil to a lesser extent. Much of the money that they get from oil goes into the hands of 10 or so clans who run the entire nation. Go outside of baku and you will see that the people live no better than their Armenian counter-parts in villages. In fact they have a lower standard of living than Armenians.

I understand the whole corruption issue, but we have the same thing happening in Armenia. So from our 15 billion GDP most is going to our mafiosos.

Not on the same level we don't. They are much more corrupt, and the whereas there are maybe 70 families in Armenia that run the majority of the business in Armenia, in azerbaijan that number is less than 15.

As Armanen explained, the level of corruption in Baku is far worse. That is not to say Armenia doesn't have corruption, as it has immense problems, but the situation in Baku is worse. A large portion of that GDP goes to a few families to spend overseas however they please. Furthermore, another significant part of the GDP goes into many unnecessary projects (hotels and resorts, massive government building, statues) where it is essentially wasted instead of going to education, health care, or defense.

When it comes to defense spending, Armenia gets much of its weapons at a discount price, so you can essential multiply Armenia's defense spending by 2 if you want the true figure. Add to this the fact that Armenia has all of the strategic positions in Artsakh, and the fact that the moral in Armenian army is far stronger as we have a reason to fight, and the odds favor us.

You must remember during the last war Azerbaijan's monetary advantage was far greater, Russia was not Armenia's ally, Artsakh's army had no organizations and Armenia won. Add to this the fact that Azerbaijan's GDP will be declining every year as 80-90% of their GDP comes from their quickly depleting natural resources, and chances favor Armenia.

Let us just hope it never comes to that, some sort of Agreement can be reached, and Armenians can began focusing on internal issues, the corruption which you mentioned, and the oligarchs who ruin the country.
