Do the archive materials existing in Azerbaijan allow filing a claim in the international court over both the “Armenian genocide” and territorial claims of Armenia?

Archives in Azerbaijan have very rare documents related to the March events of 1918, Shamakhy and Guba events. These documents enable Azerbaijan to achieve recognition of those events as genocide of Azerbaijanis by the world community.

As for the archive materials regarding the currently occupied lands, all is clear here. All documents show that Karabakh belongs to Azerbaijan. (I wonder how long it took to create those documents?)

Have you come across such historical documents, which contradict the Azerbaijani interests, as a historian who worked in most archives of different states, especially the Russian archives?

The majority of those archive documents reflect the interests of Azerbaijan. In general, Azerbaijan’s superiority in the historical plane is great. All those documents just prove that the lands claimed by Armenians belong to Azerbaijan. For this reason, Armenians reject discussing the historical events.(Have they actually offered to have a joint historical meeting?)

Do the Azerbaijani historians find new documents related to events, indicated as ‘genocide’ by Armenians?

I have recently found new data at the State Military and Historical Archive of Russia, that reflect the version of the ‘Armenian genocide’ in 1915. In fact, I have found quite an big secret report about the situation in Eastern Anatolia by chief of the head staff of the Caucasus district, Russian army general Leonid Bolkhovitin. In his report, addressed to his bosses, Bolkhovitin quite clearly described the events in Eastern Anatolia, saying no facts of genocide against Armenians by Turks were recorded, despite Armenians say the opposite. At the same time, the Russian general notes that if something is done against Armenians, this is their fault.(So this guy is the only person to have this document? The Armenians and Turks were not able to find these documents when they looked through the Russian archives?)
Bolkhovitin explains that Armenians were first to attack Turkic settlements, subjecting the population to cruel tortures. The general even says some Turkic villages were razed to the ground in the result of Armenian atrocities. He also described in details the actions of four Armenian armed divisions, with Andranik leading one of them.

How effective will be the creation of the joint Azerbaijani-Turkish commission, whose activity will aim at exposing the attempts by Armenians to distort historical events?

Naturally, today there is a great need to create such a joint commission from among historians of Azerbaijan and Turkey. It is clear that if the invented ‘Armenian genocide’ in terms of history is targeting Turkey, in terms of modern period it is against Azerbaijan. So why didn’t Armenians raise the issue of mythical ‘genocide’ in the 40’s, 50’s, 60’s and 70’s, when the witnesses of those events were alive.
The answer to this question is simple. In the 90’s Armenians tried to widen this process to neutralize the fact of occupation of Azerbaijani lands by creating their image of a nation, subjected to ‘genocide’. In other words, Armenian claims against Turkey over ‘genocide’ are directly tied to the occupation of Azerbaijani lands by Armenia. For this reason, Azerbaijan and Turkey must take a single stance in these issues.(I guess he forgot how it wasnt allowed during Soviet times, did he seriously forget that or is he ignoring it to try and sound smart, in any case hes an idiot)

How important is the role of Turkish general Nuru Pasha in the history of Azerbaijan and is it correct to perpetuate in Baku the memory of soldiers of the English expedition corps, against which the Turkish general was fighting?

The problem with the information war is azerbaijan spends millions upon millions to spread there lies.
