Baku. Anakhanym Hidayatova – APA. Russian government has drawn up a protocol on the installation Russian military base in Armenia.

The document was signed by the two states. APA reports that Russian Foreign and Defense Ministers have already agreed this issue with the Armenian side and signed a protocol without making any amendments. 30 points, where the military base will be installed, were featured in the document. 10 points will be given into Armenia’s use after the protocol takes effect.
