1] What you CAN NOT post.

You agree, through your use of this service, that you will not use this forum to post any material which is:
- abusive
- vulgar
- hateful
- harassing
- personal attacks
- obscene

You also may not:
- post images that are too large (max is 500*500px)
- post any copyrighted material unless the copyright is owned by you or cited properly.
- post in UPPER CASE, which is considered yelling
- post messages which insult the Armenians, Armenian culture, traditions, etc
- post racist or other intentionally insensitive material that insults or attacks another culture (including Turks)

The Ankap thread is excluded from the strict rules because that place is more relaxed and you can vent and engage in light insults and humor. Notice it's not a blank ticket, but just a place to vent. If you go into the Ankap thread, you enter at your own risk of being clowned on.
What you PROBABLY SHOULD NOT post...
Do not post information that you will regret putting out in public. This site comes up on Google, is cached, and all of that, so be aware of that as you post. Do not ask the staff to go through and delete things that you regret making available on the web for all to see because we will not do it. Think before you post!

2] Use descriptive subject lines & research your post. This means use the SEARCH.

This reduces the chances of double-posting and it also makes it easier for people to see what they do/don't want to read. Using the search function will identify existing threads on the topic so we do not have multiple threads on the same topic.

3] Keep the focus.

Each forum has a focus on a certain topic. Questions outside the scope of a certain forum will either be moved to the appropriate forum, closed, or simply be deleted. Please post your topic in the most appropriate forum. Users that keep doing this will be warned, then banned.

4] Behave as you would in a public location.

This forum is no different than a public place. Behave yourself and act like a decent human being (i.e. be respectful). If you're unable to do so, you're not welcome here and will be made to leave.

5] Respect the authority of moderators/admins.

Public discussions of moderator/admin actions are not allowed on the forum. It is also prohibited to protest moderator actions in titles, avatars, and signatures. If you don't like something that a moderator did, PM or email the moderator and try your best to resolve the problem or difference in private.

6] Promotion of sites or products is not permitted.

Advertisements are not allowed in this venue. No blatant advertising or solicitations of or for business is prohibited.
This includes, but not limited to, personal resumes and links to products or
services with which the poster is affiliated, whether or not a fee is charged
for the product or service. Spamming, in which a user posts the same message repeatedly, is also prohibited.

7] We retain the right to remove any posts and/or Members for any reason, without prior notice.

- PLEASE READ -

Members are welcome to read posts and though we encourage your active participation in the forum, it is not required. If you do participate by posting, however, we expect that on the whole you contribute something to the forum. This means that the bulk of your posts should not be in "fun" threads (e.g. Ankap, Keep & Kill, This or That, etc.). Further, while occasionally it is appropriate to simply voice your agreement or approval, not all of your posts should be of this variety: "LOL Member213!" "I agree."
If it is evident that a member is simply posting for the sake of posting, they will be removed.

8] These Rules & Guidelines may be amended at any time. (last update September 17, 2009)

If you believe an individual is repeatedly breaking the rules, please report to admin/moderator.

Kasprzyk - Persona Non Grata In NKR

The Azerbaijani agencies and Russian Regnum reported without referring to the primary source that Andrzej Kasprzyk, the personal representative to the OSCE CiO, has announced that “commission of the airport in Khankendi” does not favor the negotiations.

Andrzej Kasprzyk will have to explain why he calls Stepanakert “Khankendi” and why he contradicts himself regarding the opening of the airport. Or Kasprzyk will have to punish once the Azerbaijani journalists who disseminate provocative information.

Kasprzyk has been the personal representative to rotating OSCE CiOs for already many years on the Karabakh issue. He has an office in Stepanakert where he goes frequently, without asking for Azerbaijan’s permission. He has a pair of field assistants and a limited mandate. At least, Kasprzyk has no right to investigate border incidents and other cases that may affect the settlement of the Karabakh issue.

Most probably, his mission is to inform the OCSE CiOs replacing each other every six months on the Karabakh issue and keep them from populist steps.

In fact, Kasprzyk could not make such a statement because the co-chairs had announced earlier in summer their support to opening of the airport and even set to sway Azerbaijan. However, Baky disagrees and threatens to take measures. Already threats come from Karabakh that if Azerbaijan tries to strike a civilian airplane, a large-scale war will start.

It is possible that Kasprzyk has stated something like this to hint that the OSCE has been unable to bend Baku. Perhaps Baku has put forth this condition for the resumption of talks. However, it was Karabakh’s turn immediately.

Official Stepanakert has to react to this news both regarding the use of the place name “Khankendi” and the content of the statement. If Kasprzyk said this, the OSCE cannot continue to act as a mediator of the Karabakh issue. It means the process of settlement is not primarily aimed at the protection of the rights of people living in the region but satisfaction of the demands of the Azeri-Turkish tandem. By the way, recently Turkey also has stated something against the airport in Stepanakert. And Armenia has already threatened to close its airspace for the countries hindering operation of flights in Karabakh.

Sultan Aliev's oil may be running out but he has a different perspective

      Waiting for Empty Armenia

“Our economy is growing, while theirs is actually paralyzed. Our population is increasing, while they are facing a demographic catastrophe, there is zero natural growth and mass emigration. According to their official statistics only, in the first half of the year about 70-80 thousand people left the country,” said Ilham Aliyev comparing Azerbaijan with Armenia. He also added that Azerbaijan will certainly get Karabakh back but refrained from militaristic statements. He called on his people to wait until Armenia is totally empty and Azerbaijan will take not only Karabakh but entire Armenia.

Demography is an important geopolitical factor. Western progressive technologies, industrial, military, as well as social and political, cannot win where their rival is the demography. Despite the fact that it is common to speak more about the clash of the Western progress and the eastern traditionalism, in reality the barrier is the demography.

Demography will increasinly lead the Armenian people to complete loss of not only sovereignty but also the nation state. Russia’s ambassador Vyacheslav Kovalenko does not hide that his country takes away from Armenia over 5 thousand people annually, plus those of approximately the same number who winn the Green Card and leave for the United States. He says that Armenians are not forced to leave for Russia, which is true, but it is also true that Russia and the U.S., as well as Turkey and Azerbaijan, do everything to reduce Armenian population.

Serzh Sargsyan calls on the world to undertake steps against Azerbaijan, which, as he says, is preparing for a war. In reality, Azerbaijan is getting ready to absorb the Armenian territories after the demographic situation in Armenia will have reached its pick.

The government which not only does not try to stop emigration but also stimulates it should be accused of high treason. It deprives us of the key weapon in the world – the demographic weapon. Even if we, by some miracle, acquire progressive technological weapons, we will be unable to survive without demography because we need to cope with the financial and technological expansion of the West, the weakening of our sovereignty by the North and the threat of demographic expansion of the South and the East.

The parliament and the government of Armenia should call an extraordinary session on the demographic issue. In addition, they should view in the same context the natural and mechanical reduction. It is necessary to adopt complex measures to stop emigration and boost birth rate.

This thesis should be the basis of the programs of presidential nominees because the demographic issue can’t be ignored any more. Armenia with a population of one million will have to forget about the nation state. Little time is left for this scenario to come true.

These are indeed our boys but the equipment and airplanes are not ours.
The video is not from Armenia or Artsakh. It is from joint CSTO exercises in Kazakhstan a couple of years ago.

Looks like the toork stogies are going to either try and provoke an incident or fabricate an incident. They are a good cunning devil enough to do so. Because we all know after Sooria they have another target. This is only being ratcheted up, the West has lost it’s mind and they are going to provoke WWIII with the cunning toork. This is all a mess, and the next stage is going to explode, maybe the toork is going out of bounds on this one? But I just don’t trust the West enough as I think somehow they think there is success on the ground because they are all lost in their own smoke and mirrors. Someone should tell them smoke and mirrors are only for the people not the heads of state. They played with Libya and look there is a dead ambassador, and someone burned a Kentucky Fired Chicken. Europe in a mess, and the American monetary cliff already passed fast approaching just who up at the top of the .01% is drunk enough to keep playing with fires like this?

Russia just canceled the Atomics for Fuel program. "No thank you I’ll keep my plutonium .... thank you very much". This is not good at least for the West, but Russia is awake don't worry. All this is only going to get even worse, instead of the head of Nato talking sauce like we defend toorkey. No European wants a toork in the EU and Rasmussen is going around shanking hands with toorks. What happened to Europe? Did they all forget who they were? Litle Tinny Armenia has more brains and ballz than all of Euro!

Look I found a Frying pan for a Hungry Hungarian who builds monuments to toorks...LOL What happened? I thought the reason why we eat a croissant was for Vienna. After Vienna was saved by the toorks they made Croissants Wake up Euro! Now they build monuments for toorks in the middle of Europe? Wow!

Let me say this again, Little Tinny Armenia has more Brains and Ballz then all of Euro!
