@Mokum..when I was in Armenia last year I spoke with some people and they told me there wasn't any earthquake in Gymuri, and the Russians exploded an underground A-Bomb to force the Armenians to stop fighting in Karabakh. Should I believe that? If you want certain truths buddy, you rely on reliable data and info. Since in the midst of the war it was pretty difficult to know how exactly was Monte killed, the most reliable piece of info would be the stories told by his brothers in arms and his family. Both Monte's wife, brother, and brothers in arms have confirmed the same story...So i think it would be the best thing to leave our hero rest in peace and honor his memory.

You are speaking about reliable data, who is telling you that the information of Monte’s wife, brother and brothers in arm is right? Where his wife and brother there when he died? Maybe his brothers in arms where there, but who knows they telling the true? Maybe the received money or are threatened, we don’t know and we never will. We indeed have to honour his memory, but we never must look the other side if there are doubts. Like I said before, don’t get/undertand me wrong, I’m not saying it’s the true but we don’t must close our eyes/ears and believe what the media, popular people and our leaders are telling us.
We all know that even those people can, do and will lie if they can make any advantage out of it, unfortunately! Not everybody, but many.

Russian base in Armenia commences planned replacement of military personnel

Planned replacement of the personnel of the Russian Federation (RF) Armed Forces’ 102nd Military Base, which is stationed in Armenia, has begun.

The first group, which comprises 150 drafted military servicemen, arrived in the Armenian capital city Yerevan on Friday, the RF Armed Forces’ Southern Military Region press service informs.

The discharged servicemen will be replaced by trained sergeants and soldiers. A total of 3,000 military personnel are planned to be replaced.

When selecting the candidates, the preference was given to those who wished to carry out their military service outside RF and in high mountain conditions. But the applicants’ physical and medical conditions were considered as well.

The recruits will be exempt from service and physical load for the first fifteen days.

The replacement and replenishment of the troops will finish at the end of November, and prior to start of the new military education period.

But the number of Military Base personnel will not change over the course of this planned replacement.

Armenia’s defense industry production displayed in Defense Ministry building

YEREVAN. – An exhibition of Armenia’s defense industry production and products presented by IT companies opened in Defense Ministry building on Friday.

The exhibition features dozens of companies presenting certain types of weapons, ammunition, management and project management software as well as a wide range of equipment, Defense Ministry’s press service said.

Armenian companies are expanding cooperation and developing day by day, the statement reads.
