its okay, first some years ago i didnt got that they are bluffing, since they have oil money etc... but when they pronounced marauder vehicles that can stop hit of ballistic rocket, i dont care about theyr money

Same for me , but then I tought who would make that things for Azeris ? They are uncapable of doing it , and nobody would do it for them since they are a danger to everyone .
They don't have engough brains to do it alone , and their "economy" is dying year after year . They were stupid enough to let other countries explore their oil . If we had that oil , we allready had conquered the world ^^

The sites are not yet complete according to the pictures and razm.info. Also, neither of the systems actually overlaps Artsakh's airspace, closest it gets is around Avsar which is a bit away from the front line. These systems are for protection of Sultan Aliyev's palaces and oil fields.
