Before we are too proud of these capabilities of the police we have to realise that the intended purpose of these exercises are as preparation
for when there is a conflict between our people and the state whatever the reason may be, fraudulent election, social issues, environmental issues etc. etc.

I hope there will not be a need for them.

I agree any upheaval whether initiated from foreigners ( orange revolution ) or internal ( electoral fraud ) will be disastrous both
for our country/people as well as our image regards international community.

It may even present itself as an opportunity for our prime enemies.
