Also, I'd be more afraid of the low-level armenian officers killing me for their amusement than azeris. Doing military would make you more experienced in life in general, you'll learn to how handle many kinds of people, and mostly likely, learn more about yourself than you ever did.
It's 2 years, after than you got all your life ahead of you, to study, work etc.
I wouldn't worry about this. The ones who are severely bullied are probably ones who show weakness or utter insubordination, and definitely are those who would not serve if given the choice (in other words, unlike HyeFighter2). As long as you have a warrior mentality, you should be fine.

Also, I've been told by people that have served that conscripts are shot by Azeris mainly because they are reckless and don't follow orders. This does not cover all cases, but for the most part it's true.

            Who told you that ?
Even the strongest and most warrior can die of a bullet if you forgot. There are enough children of rich mafia in the army that think they can do everything , so I wouldn't be so sure about it.

I never said anyone was invincible. What I said was that if you do what you're told and probably use common sense, you can avoid most situations that make you susceptible to Azerbaijani ceasefire violations. You can find exceptions of course, but I understand this to be the general rule. Not really sure what you mean with the "rich mafia" reference.

Every society has its share of individuals who are unreasonably hardheaded or stubborn and, due to Armenia's universal conscription law, these people are placed on the frontline.
