you are smart guy and hell I don't think like some blind armenians here . They think that we won the war in the 90' easily ( what is totally wrong ) and we will easily again ... It's like they don't know that thousands of ppl will die surely and most of them civilians. They bindly follow "our" leaders without asking themselves question from where did those wars begin , who started , for what , ... ?

I'm 100% against a war , but I think we should be capable of defending ourselves in case of war but never start one

The war in the 90' was not easy. I don't think that any war is easy. But unlike previous wars, we fought for and won the independence of part of our land. I don't like the possiblility of another one, but I agree, we should be ready to defend ourselfs. That way we will prevent another one from happening again.
I think that any Armenian at least should know where the wars with turks began. They are basicly the result of turkish peoples desire to rob Armenians from land and eliminate them from area. They are wars for our right of existance on our lands.

We can have all the arms we want but what when there will not be enough young men to protect the country ?
Every day thousands of potential soldiers are going to other countries and Armenia and Artsax are depopulating and azeris have nothing more to do than to wait till there is 0 men left. And don't think when the war starts , people from the diaspora will come and save our armenia , ...
We need to act fast as its still possible , and not let time go because it will NOT be in our favor . Today , and for maybe 5 years we can still have enough people left in Armenia but after those years it will be worse and worse

Well sayd haydavid. Population growth or loss is one of the most important strategic factors. Here is the field that our young generation should excell in finding a solution. It seems allmost impossible at this moment. But nothing is easy. There should be ways of stopping the emigration.

Even if we could do that the freaking enemy is multiplying like jack rabbits.......number inferiority is something we have always had against the Turks.
Somebody was saying that Armenia should have nukes, that way it evens the field.

Name of serviceman died in bus accident made public - UPDATED - 1

Baku. Hafiz Heydarov – APA. The name of serviceman died in bus accident has been made public.

Main State Traffic Police Office told APA that serviceman of the Defense Ministry's military unit, Commander Zulfigar Elkhan Aliyev died as “PAZ” overturned in a stream.

Other wounded servicemen were taken to the hospitals in critical conditions.

Azerbaijan's Ministry of Emergency Situations issues statement on crash of bus carrying servicemen – UPDATED

Baku. Hafiz Heydarov – APA. Ministry of Emergency Situations has issued statement on the crash of bus carrying servicemen.

APA reports quoting the Ministry's website that 112 hotline received call that bus overturned in a stream in Shamkir region. The rescuers of the Ministry of Emergency Situations have been immediately sent to the scene. According to initial reports, 7 people were injured and one died in the accident.

The Defense Ministry confirmed the fact to APA. The ministry's press service said that the investigation is underway on the fact.

No brother, I meant "level the field" as in deterrent......if we had that capability (like Israel) no Turk is gonna xxxx with you and your country. So in that sense fighting men population difference will be leveled out and not as big a factor or disadvantage.
