Captured Armenian soldier handed over to Azerbaijani Defense Ministry

PanARMENIAN.Net - Armenian serviceman Hakob Injighulyan, born in 1991,who crossed into the territory controlled by Azerbaijani armed forces, was brought to Baku and handed over to the Ministry of Defense, Trend News reported citing Shahin Sailov, the Secretary of the State Commission on Prisoners of War, Hostages and Missing Persons.

Armenian defense minister visits border zone (PHOTOS)

YEREVAN. – Armenia’s Minister of Defense, Seyran Ohanyan, on Sunday paid a visit to the southeastern border zone of the country.

He toured the military bases at the Armenian-Azerbaijani border and got familiar with the combat-readiness and the moral and psychological state of the military servicemen.

Ohanyan also held private talks with the soldiers and the officers, informs the MOD press service. He noted that positive trends are observed in the army in terms of the physical preparedness of the soldiers, and the social and living conditions of the servicemen have substantially improved.

In addition, the minister inspected the ongoing construction of an apartment building for officers.

On Monday, Seyran Ohanyan was on hand at the celebratory events devoted to Movses village. At the beginning, the guests attended a Holy Mass.

The minister also addressed the festive session, and at the end of the event he awarded departmental medals to several Karabakh War veterans from Movses village.

Subsequently, the defense minister spoke with news reporters. He noted that the MOD will increase the number of conscripts at the border settlements of Armenia because in this way, aside from defense, social problems are likewise solved.

“And the engineering equipment activities at the borders will be ongoing, [and] the army will be alert, so that the people will always be certain that we are at their side,” Seyran Ohanyan stated.

Armenia’s subdivisions to participate in CIS military exercises

MOSCOW. – The Armenian subdivisions will take part in the “Military Cooperation 2013” exercises of the CIS joint air defense system.

The military drills will kick off on Tuesday.

A senior military commander told Exo Moskvi radio that the representatives from the armed forces of Russia, Ukraine, Belarus, Armenia and Tajikistan will participate in these military exercises.

Ռուսաստանյան «Ալմազ-Անթեյ» կոնցերնը ներկայացրել է 2012 թվականի հաշվետվությունը։

Հաշվետվության երաշխիքային սպասարկման վերաբերյալ գլուխը պարունակում է բավականին հետաքրքիր տվյալների «Ալմազ-Անթեյի» հաճախորդների կողմից ստացված բողոքագրերի վերաբերյալ։

Մասնավորապես, հաշվետվությունում նշվում է, որ ընկերության հաճախորդները 2012 թվականին ներկայացրել են ընկերության արտադրանքի զանազան անսարքությունների և դեֆեկտների հետ կապված 717 բողոքագիր։ Ուշագրավ է, որ ընդհանուր անսարքությունների շուրջ 48 տոկոսը, բաժին է ընկել Ադրբեջանին։

Հաշվետվության մեջ նաև նշվում է, որ «Ալմազ-Անթեյը» չի հասցրել շտկել Ադրբեջանին վաճառված արտադրանքում առկա անսարքությունները, քանի որ ուշացվել է հանձնման-ստացման արձանագրության ստորագրումը, իսկ անսարք մասերի տեղափոխումը Ռուսաստան ուսումնասիրման և վերանորոգման համար ձգձգվել է։


Ս-300ՊՄՈՒ-2

Հիշեցնենք, որ Ադրբեջանը «Ալմազ-Անթեյից» գնել էր Ս-300ՊՄՈՒ-2 զենիթահրթիռային համակարգերի մինչև 2 դիվիզիոն։

Նշենք նաև, որ «Ալմազ-Անթեյ» կոնցերնը, որը հիմնադրվել է 2002 թվականին և միավորում է մի շարք ռազմարդյունաբերական ընկերություններ, զբաղվում է հակաօդային պաշտպանության համակարգերի արտադրությամբ, այդ թվում նաև Ս-300 զենիթահրթիռային համակարգերի արտադրությամբ և սպասարկումով։
