You might have to be an aviator in heart to understand it but I will try:

To push harder and to inspire more young minds in establishment of a true Armenian "Eagle Force" with full air superiority over Armenian lands.....to maintain the edge on the military balance between Armenia and Azerbaijan.

The Lion is strong and the Eagle longs to reclaim her airspace..........Wings over Armenia.

I have no doubt Armenia will have a formidable airforce some day. it might take a 100 years though , but by then airforces might be irrelevant. Cruise missles will be so exact and
fast that you don't need to risk pilots life anymore.

Radio Liberty: Armenia purchased China-produced rocket launchers

Armenia has purchased China-produced multiple rocket launchers AR1A, Radio Liberty (Azatutyun) reported.

According to Radio Liberty, the launchers can hit the target in the distance of 130 kilometers.

Talking to the radio station’s correspondents, spokesperson for Armenian Defense Ministry Artsrun Hovhannisyan neither confirmed, nor dismissed the reports.

“Armenian armed forces are being constantly updated with the latest weaponry to increase combat effectiveness. Public is regularly informed about the achievements,” Hovhannisyan said.
