They are not dressed like that to stop Azeris. What "internal enemy" is the regime afraid of?

For example people of iran are awaiting a foreign attack to riot against their current regime, that's what internal enemy is defined as.our government is maybe getting ready to prevent such scenario since Armenians aren't overwealmed with their government either,look at march 2 2008 people rose because of the election and skirmish started in karabakh
