Azerbaijani soldier kills his fellow soldier

Baku. Hafiz Haydarov - APA. Soldier of the Azerbaijani Army killed his fellow soldier. The murder has been committed today in Tovuz military unit of the Defence Ministry, APA reports.
Vasif Aliyev Rasim, 19, drafted from Nasimi district, Baku, shot dead his fellow soldier Elchin Mammadov, 20, drafted from Goychay region. Mammadov died at the site.
Deputy Press Secretary of the ministry Teymur Abdullayev confirmed the fact. To him, criminal case has already been launched on the fact, investigation is underway.

With the winter receeding we may see more attacks from the azeris. A full out war is unlikely unless russia wants it to happen and feels it can control the outcome.

Azerbaijan's Interior Troops 'combat-ready'

The commander of Azerbaijan's Interior Troops has praised the troops' level of training and equipment.

'The combat readiness of the Interior Troops is perfect.The troops have been supplied with the most modern arms and military equipment. The Interior Troops are as well equipped as similar bodies in leading states,' the commander of the Interior Troops, Lieutenant-General Zakir Hasanov, told journalists today.

He outlined reform carried out amongst the Interior Troops and work done to improve the combat readiness and social provision of personnel. Hasanov said that Azerbaijani soldiers were able to fulfill all their objectives, including liberation of the occupied territories.

He said that the officers of the Interior Troops had attended training courses in major training centres worldwide.

Zakir Hasanov said the experience of leading states had been used to create the most modern education system in Azerbaijan for the Interior Troops.

New hostels, canteens and military camps have been built the Interior Troops. Hasanov said the troops were given traditional Azerbaijani meals at least three times a day and there was no problem with nutrition. The Interior Troops has a modern to test food quality.

Azerbaijan's Interior Troops are subordinate to the Interior Ministry, while the regular army is subordinate to the Defence Ministry.

This fresh video shows mostly their training base which is equipped with the older S-75 (SA-2) batteries.

Օրեր առաջ արձանագրվեց Հայաստանի սահմանը խախտելու ադրբեջանական կողմի հերթական դեպքը: Դիվերսիոն հետախուզական խումբը, որը Հայաստանի տարածք էր ներխուժել հետախուզական գործունեություն ծավալելու, տեղեկություններ հայթայթելու նպատակով, վնասազերծվել է: Ի դեպ, նմանատիպ խմբերը պարբերաբար զբաղվել են նաև անասնագողությամբ:

Մարտի 3-ին, ժամը 01:30-ի սահմաններում Տավուշի մարզի Կոթի գյուղի տարածքում ՀՀ զինծառայողների կողմից բացահայտվել է Ադրբեջանի տարածքից ներթափանցած, քաղաքացիական հագուստով և դիվերսիոն խմբին հատուկ սպառազինությամբ հանդերձավորված 5 հոգուց բաղկացած խումբ:

Նույն օրը ավելի ուշ, ժամը 21-ի սահմաններում, Կոթի գյուղի մոտակայքում նկատվում է Ադրբեջանից ներթափանցած օպտիկական նշանառության սարքերով, ինքնաձիգներով զինված և սև գույնի քողարկիչ համազգեստով հանդերձավորված 3 հոգուց բաղկացած ևս մեկ խումբ, որը շարժվում է դեպի մոտակա անտառը:

Դեպքերի վերլուծությունը ցույց է տալիս, որ այդ խումբը գործել է թիկունքից ապահովող մեկ այլ խմբի կրակային աջակցությամբ: Հայկական կողմի ձեռնարկած գործողությունների արդյունքում ադրբեջանցի զինյալները, կորուստներ կրելով, նահանջել են` չեզոք գոտում թողնելով երկու դիակ: Սպանված ադրբեջանցիներից մեկի դիակը մարտի 5-ի առավոտյան ժամը 6-ի սահմաններում չեզոք գոտուց տեղափոխվել է ՀՀ տարածք:

Ընդհանուր առմամբ, մարտի 3-ին ձեռնարկված միջոցառումների արդյունքում սպանվել է Ադրբեջանի տարածքից ներթափանցած 3 զինյալ, որոնցից 2-ի դիակները գտնվում են Հայաստանում: Վիրավորվել է մեկ անձ` Իբրահիմ անունով, ում հաջողվել է հասնել Ադրբեջանի տարածք:

Օպերատիվ ճանապարհով ճշտվել են նաև ադրբեջանական զինյալներից ևս մի քանիսի անունները` Վելիև Վալի, Նամազով Սագիֆ` Կյոսալար գյուղից, ոմն Նիզամի և Խագանի:

Հայկական կողմում գտնվող 2 դիակներից մեկի` Հասանի բջջային հեռախոսի մեջ կան տարբեր տեսագրություններ` նահատակ-շահիդի թաղման արարողության, Ղազախի ներքին զորքերի ստորաբաժանումների հատուկ պատրաստության և ազանների` կրոնական արարողության, վերաբերյալ: Հասանի բջջային հեռախոսում կային նաև լուսանկարներ, որոնք, ըստ երևույթին, նրա հարազատներն են:

Չի բացառվում, որ սպանված սահմանախախտները վահաբականության` ծայրահեղ արմատական իսլամիստական կազմակերպության ներկայացուցիչներ էին: Նրանց մոտ հայտնաբերված անձնական իրերն ու մարմնի տարբեր մասերում առկա դաջվածքները հիմք են տալիս ենթադրելու, որ նրանք առնչություն են ունեցել Ադրբեջանի հատուկ ծառայությունների հետ և անցել են հատուկ պատրաստություն:
