nice, we should be stepping up the information war, since the armenian goverment is too cowardly and lazy to do it.

Governments do not openly hack into websites or blogs. How do you know that our government does not back those guys?

Ever heard of the NSA? also, in 2011, the PLA announced the existence of a special cyber squad. And don't get me started on Israel.
I dunno if Armenian MoD has such a unit, i hope they do, i guess we'll never know. But i doubt they'd supported these guys, because it's amateurish, and don't give valuable intelligence, just a shock/scare tactic.

You said it. It's amateurish. Whatever is being done you and me will never know. And towards Azeris and Turks I don't see any cowardice from government. So please do not call them cowards so hastily.

Don't know about Azerbaijan but Armenia is very vulnerable to attacks from other governoments. They have no good protection against other countries , and some months ago Azeris could shut off a part of Armenia's internet for some hours .

We should take this more serious.

Less than a week after the Jan 20 incident there were articles stating that they were moving equipment to the border.
