Ara Russia has been preparing for this a long time they have more then enough forces to cover these scenarios. Do not forget Kharabagh aint no walk in the park for the Azeris even without the Russians there.
Eddo jan i would love to get my hands on a sniper rifle and avenge those young boys we are loosing. It is one thing if we old geezer die but it is a tragedy for youngsters to end their lives. I always believed that wars should be fought with the politicions and their sons on the front lines-you will see a peaceful world.

Then Karabagh would never have been liberated.

Politics is not about the pursuit of morality nor what's right or wrong
Its about self interest at personal and national level often at odds with the above.
Great politicians pursue the National interest and small politicians personal interests

I found something on apa.az (english)

Musab Abdurahim Abdulmajid was appointed as commander after Abu Yahyam former commander of the Azerbaijanis fighting under the Islamic State of Iraq and the Levant grouping was killed

Baku. Hafiz Heydarov - APA. One more of the Azerbaijanis killed in the recent battles in Syria has turned out to be resident of Sumgayit.

APA reports quoting the websites owned by the Azerbaijanis fighting in Syria that the slain Azerbaijani commander is Sumgayit resident aka Musab Abdurahim Abdulmajid. His real name is not publicized.

His photo has been posted on social media.

Musab Abdurahim Abdulmajid was appointed as commander after Abu Yahyam former commander of the Azerbaijanis fighting under the Islamic State of Iraq and the Levant grouping was killed.

25 were killed in the battle between the Islamic State of Iraq and the Levant and Kurdish YPG grouping in Syria on March 22.

12 of them are reportedly Azerbaijanis. Most of them are residents of Sumgayit. Bayramov Jeyhun Suleyman, member of Azerbaijani national team on Greco-Roman wrestling, was also among them.

Jeyhun Bayramov’s sister is reportedly in Syria.
