Forum Rules (Everyone Must Read!!!)

1] What you CAN NOT post.

You agree, through your use of this service, that you will not use this forum to post any material which is:
- abusive
- vulgar
- hateful
- harassing
- personal attacks
- obscene

You also may not:
- post images that are too large (max is 500*500px)
- post any copyrighted material unless the copyright is owned by you or cited properly.
- post in UPPER CASE, which is considered yelling
- post messages which insult the Armenians, Armenian culture, traditions, etc
- post racist or other intentionally insensitive material that insults or attacks another culture (including Turks)

The Ankap thread is excluded from the strict rules because that place is more relaxed and you can vent and engage in light insults and humor. Notice it's not a blank ticket, but just a place to vent. If you go into the Ankap thread, you enter at your own risk of being clowned on.
What you PROBABLY SHOULD NOT post...
Do not post information that you will regret putting out in public. This site comes up on Google, is cached, and all of that, so be aware of that as you post. Do not ask the staff to go through and delete things that you regret making available on the web for all to see because we will not do it. Think before you post!


2] Use descriptive subject lines & research your post. This means use the SEARCH.

This reduces the chances of double-posting and it also makes it easier for people to see what they do/don't want to read. Using the search function will identify existing threads on the topic so we do not have multiple threads on the same topic.

3] Keep the focus.

Each forum has a focus on a certain topic. Questions outside the scope of a certain forum will either be moved to the appropriate forum, closed, or simply be deleted. Please post your topic in the most appropriate forum. Users that keep doing this will be warned, then banned.

4] Behave as you would in a public location.

This forum is no different than a public place. Behave yourself and act like a decent human being (i.e. be respectful). If you're unable to do so, you're not welcome here and will be made to leave.

5] Respect the authority of moderators/admins.

Public discussions of moderator/admin actions are not allowed on the forum. It is also prohibited to protest moderator actions in titles, avatars, and signatures.       it seems strange how demilitarized it seems to be, and how easily one can just walk into Artsakh

      Արցախի հարավային սահմանը, որն անցնում է Արաքսով, միշտ դիտարկման տակ է, այնտեղով ոչ ոք աննկատ չի կարող անցնել։ Այս մասին ասում են սահմանապահները, որոնք ծառայություն են իրականացնում Իրանի հետ պետական սահմանին։
      Նոյեմբերի 6-8-ը մի խումբ լրագրողներ Քաշաթաղի շրջանի հարավում էին։ Նպատակը հայ-իրանական սահմանի արցախյան հատվածի խնդիրներին ծանոթանալն էր։
      Հայ-իրանական սահմանը, ի տարբերություն Սյունիքի մարզի, Արցախի հատվածում՝ Քաշաթաղի ու Հադրութի շրջանների հարավում, հսկում են հայկական սահմանապահ ուժերը։ Սահմանապահ ուժերի զորամասը Մխանց գյուղի հարևանությամբ է։

      Ստորաբաժանման կազմում ծառայում են հիմնականում պայմանագրայիններ, թեև ժամկետային զինծառայողներն էլ քիչ չեն։ Սահմանապահները ծառայությունն իրականացնում են սահմանապահ ուղեկալներում, որոնցից պետական սահմանի հեռավորությունը մի քանի հարյուր մետր է։
      Ուղեկալը՝ ճիշտ քարտեզով, հետին պլանում՝ Արաքսի հովիտն ու Իրանի սահմանը
      Այստեղ խրամատներ չկան, իսկ հայկական ու իրանական սահմանապահ ուժերը մշտական կապ են պահում միմյանց հետ։ Միջադեպեր այստեղ քիչ են գրանցվում։ Երբեմն ընտանի կենդանիներն են «հատում» սահմանը։ Այդ դեպքում, ինչպես նշում է սահմանապահ ուղեկալի պետի տեղակալ, լեյտենանտ Վլադիմիր Ասծատրյանը, «սահմանախախտներին» քշում են սահմանից այնկողմ։ Առհասարակ Արաքսի վրայով անցող սահմանը ոչ մի կերպ համեմատելի չէ հայ-ադրբեջանական շփման գծի հետ։

      Սահմանային գծում սահմանապահներին չես տեսնի։ Թեև նրանց մի մասը սահմանը հսկում է աշտարակներից, բայց մի մասն էլ հերթապահությունը իրականացնում է թաքստոցներից։ Եթե նկատեն սահմանը խախտողի, նրանք կբռնեն նրան ու կբերեն ուղեկալ, որտեղ էլ կպարզեն, թե ինչու է սահմանախախտն անցել հայկական կողմ։ Եթե նա պատահմամբ է անցել սահմանը, ապա հայ սահմանապահները կկապվեն իրենց իրանցի գործընկերների հետ ու սահմանը խախտողին կհանձնեն իրանական կողմին։

      Սահմանապահ Կորյունը երգում է Աղվան Մինասյանին նվիրված «Չկրակված փամփուշտներ» երգը
      Սահմանապահները պատմում են, որ երբեմն Արաքսի ափ էլ են իջնում, վտանգավոր չէ։ Իսկ ընդհանրապես սահմանապահները չեն սիրում շատ պատմել։

      Զորամասի հրամանատար գնդապետ Արմեն Աբրահամյանը համարում է, որ իրենք շարունակում են ազատամարտիկ ընկերների գործը։ Գնդապետ Աբրահամյանը հադրութեցի է, պատերազմի հենց սկզբից կռվել է Հադրութի ազատամարտիկների ջոկատներում, հրադադարի կնքումից հետո էլ ծառայել է սկզբում Հադրութում, այնուհետ սահմանապահ ծառայության է անցել Իրանի հետ սահմանում։

      Նույն կերպ ամեն սահմանապահ ունի իր պատմությունը։ Կապիտան Սարգիս Խանգելդյանը զինվորականի ընտանիքից է։ Կոնսերվատորիան ավարտելուց հետո, որպես ժամկետային, ծառայության է անցել սահմանապահ զորքերում ու եկել է Քաշաթաղ, այնուհետև իր կյանքը կապել է ծառայության հետ ու մշտական բնակություն հաստատել Մխանց գյուղում։
      Սահմանապահ ուժերի կապիտան Սարգիս Խանգեդյանը կիթառ նվագելիս
      Մխանց գյուղը, ինչպես և հարևան Արծվաշեն ու Աղաձոր գյուղերը, բնակեցված են հիմնականում Եղեգնաձորից եկած վերաբնակիչներով։ Նրանք այստեղ հիմնվել են դեռևս 1999-ից։
      Աղաձորի գյուղապետ Մկրտիչ Հարությունյանը պատմում է, որ գյուղ են եկել 4 հորեղբորորդիներով։ Երբ ավտոբուսով եկել են գյուղ, կինը չէր ուզում իջնել ավտոբուսից, իսկ հիմա բացառում է գյուղից հեռանալու բոլոր հնարավորությունները։
      Երբ վերաբնակիչները եկան գյուղ, այնտեղ անգամ էլեկտրականություն չկար։ Էլեկտրաէներգիայի հոսանքագծերը գյուղ հասան միայն 2006-ին։ Չնայած դրան՝ գյուղապետը նշեց, որ գյուղում ապրում են, ոչ թե գոյատևում։

      Ներկայումս 24 տնտեսություն ունեցող գյուղը ունի գյուղատնտեսական տեխնիկայի խնդիր։ 25 հարևան գյուղերին հատկացված է 2 էքսկավատոր, որոնք չեն հասցնում կատարել ամբողջ աշխատանքը։ Ինչպես նշեց գյուղապետը՝ գյուղի 300 հեկտար հողատարածքից մոտ 250 հեկտարից ստանում են հացահատիկ, իսկ մնացած 50-ն օգտագործում են բանջարաբոստանային կուլտուրաների մշակման համար։
      Արցախի ղեկավարությունը վերաբնակիչներին անհատույց հողեր է հատկացրել, օգնում է սեփականաշնորհման հարցում, էլեկտրաէներգիայի զեղչեր է տրամադրում, զեղչեր են գործում նաև ոռոգման ջրի համար, իսկ խմելու ջուրը գյուղացիները հանում են հորերից։ Նորանշանակ գյուղապետը հայտնեց, որ արդեն պայմանավորվել է աշխատողների հետ, ու մինչև ընթացիկ տարվա վերջ խմելու ջրով կապահովվի նաև գյուղի դպրոցը, որտեղ սովորում է 37 աշակերտ։

      Դպրոցի տնօրեն Լուսիկ Հարությունյանի խոսքով՝ 2006-ին հիմնադրված դպրոցում սովորում է ընդամենը 11 աղաձորցի աշակերտ, մյուսները հարևան գյուղերից են, թեև հարևան գյուղերում էլ դպրոցներ կան։ Դպրոցն ունի 7 դասարան, որովհետև որոշ դասարաններ միասին են անցկացնում դասերը։ Դպրոցի աշակերտները մասնակցել են բրեյնռինգի ու ասմունքի հանրապետական մրցույթների, դպրոցական առարկաների հանրապետական օլիմպիադաների ու վաստակել են բարձր տեղեր։ Տնօրենի խոսքով՝ աշակերտները ոչ մի մրցույթից առանց մրցանակային տեղեր զբաղեցնելու չեն գալիս։
      Դպրոցը համագործակցում է հարևան գյուղերի՝ Արծվաշենի ու Մխանցի դպրոցների հետ ու դասագրքեր է փոխանակում, քանի որ երբեմն դասագրքերը չեն բավականացնում։ Երբեմն վերցնում են պակասող դասագրքերը ու վերադարձնում են ուսումնական տարվա վերջում։ Դպրոցում ներկայումս ունեն ֆիզիկա ու հայոց լեզու, գրականություն առարկաների դասատուների կարիք։

      Քաշաթաղի հարավում ինչպես զինվորականների, այնպես էլ գյուղացիների համար մեծագույն խնդիրը ճանապարհներն են։ Խորհրդային շրջանում Արարատից Նախիջևանով ու Սյունիքի հարավով անցնող երկաթգիծն ու ավտոմայրուղին անցել են հենց Միջնավանով ու Հորադիզով մտել են ադրբեջանական կողմ։ Արցախյան պատերազմից հետո ճանապարհները չեն նորոգվել ու ներկայումս այնքան էլ հարմար չեն։ Գյուղերը 2 ճանապարհներով կապված են նաև Գորիսի ու Կապանի հետ, որոնց հետ էլ հիմնականում պահպանվում է տնտեսական կապը։ Թեև այս ճանապարհներն էլ բարվոք չեն, սակայն հենց այս ճանապարհներով է իրականացվում այ շրջանի հիմնական կապը։

It was still curious to me considering the number of Azeris that live in the iranian north. Not to mention the proximity to Azerbaijan itself. Given the nature of modern warfare though, it does make sense, when the only threat is spies and small covert operations, since a single drone can do the monitoring job of hundreds of soldiers.             Well Iran can't really trade directly through Artsakh with Armenia due to political reasons like no recognition of NKR, Turkish and Azeri pressure, etc.....in reality Iran is on Armenians side because they know the real history, also religion here does not matter.

            Azeris Turks from Azerbaijan have to enter Iran's border first before walking across to NKR (which is not that hard to do but not in mass numbers with weapons). Most Azaris who live in Northern Iran are Iranians first and are not like their Turkified Azeries.

              Yeah I know about the political restrictions. That's the part that makes it interesting, how much different would it be were they not there, and Artsakh was a recognized part of Armenia. How much more feasible major projects would be if they were not limited to the mountainous Meghri region.

                It would make a world of difference as you know......I bet anything Iran will be one of the first to recognize Artsakh, right after Armenia does....either as a separate state or as part of Armenia.

                      President Sahakyan was present at the artillery regimental tactic exercises of the NKR Defense Army

                      On 4 April President Bako Sahakyan was present at the artillery regimental tactic exercises of the Artsakh Republic Defense Army with the participation of military aviation.

                      The Commander-in-Chief of the Artsakh Republic Armed Forces considered important keeping high the fighting efficiency of the Defense Army underlining that the state would do everything possible in this direction.

                      Armenian and Artsakh defense ministers Seyran Ohanyan and Movses Hakobyan, NKR vice prime-minister Arthur Aghabekyan, other officials were present at the military exercises.
