These launchers do not fire on the run, but rather have to stop and configure to launch sequence.
Our military most assuredly tries to keep track of all such enemy equipment placements.
What I meant was ... We put enough heat on their positions that they run away from these mrl's and we take possession.
Military operation with no need for turc speaking or boat loads of interpreters.
Precise military strikes by air force and army is what's needed.
If these multiple rocket launchers need to be within 50 miles of their intended target, you can bet our military is targeting them.

                  Sensors to Protect Frontlines

Inside the walls of the physics faculty at Yerevan State University, a group of physicists under the leadership of Professor Samvel Gevorgyan, have developed a unique electronic detector or sensor, which is singular in the world and can have an important application for border security. Teaming up with the scientists to transition this new technology from its prototype phase to the global market is Armenian-American businessman and technology developer Levon Thorose.

                    SAMP/T offered to Azerbaijan
                    7-8-14
According to French newsletter "Intelligence Online", during his May visit to Azerbaijan, President of France, Francois Hollande has been working hard for the benefit of the consortium Eurosam (a joint venture between Thales Group and MBDA). He urged President Aliyev to make a choice in favor of the proposed consortium air defense system to cover up oil facilities in the Caspian basin. We are talking about medium-range SAM SAMP/T, uses a series of anti-aircraft guided missiles Aster 30.

and how do you do that without satellites ? UAVs would be detected within that range in enemy territory.
unless the Russians can help with that, but i doubt it..
