u can hit baku from stepanakert with E version also, our SCUDs (300km) can target baku

looks like after next parade (in 2016) azeri asses will burn harder and harder

two things:

1. the regime in Yerevan likes the status quo and doesn't have the stomach for a limited war to punish the azeris.
2. World including Russia wont back us on it, and it could even backfire on us.

I'd rather continue mining the border with thousands of mines, and continue sniping and grenading the fsck out of them whenever possible.
Also try to arrest more saboteurs if possible, torture the fsck out of them, to get info on their routines, and infiltration tactics.
In the mean time, try to figure out how to fight Artsakh War 2.

A description of the terrain in question to understand how impractical it is to rely on mining to achieve secure borders.

Also regarding sniping they have the latest and most powerful sniping weapons.

The are sniping into peoples homes, they are sniping into schools, they are sniping farmers carrying their daily work.

The viability of villages has become doubtful since they cannot produce anything. They are economically dead.

Mining will not stop bullets fly from 2 miles away.

YEREVAN: Azerbaijani forces shot dead an Armenian soldier in frontline clashes in the disputed Nagorny Karabakh region on Saturday, the breakaway defence ministry said.

“A 20-year-old soldier, Khachatur Badasian, suffered a fatal gunshot wound “after Azerbaijani special forces “attempted an incursion to carry out sabotage and spying” in the early hours of Saturday, the ministry said.

Except building a china wall around our borders, what else can we do? When your enemy doesn't care about its own losses, and will stop at nothing short of total self-destruction?
Israel has the same problem you know, and hasn't not figured it out yet, for past 70 years.
