We need to do cross training, we can't have designated soldiers for ATGMs, it would just be a hassle to distribute those units.

Every soldier needs to be able to know how to operate one and needs to have access to an ATGM when required.

agreed. stuff like that should be common knowledge. but you will always need dedicated ATGM guys, on the move. if they fall, others should know how to fill their space instantly.
